Today I am featuring Riverside RV Village, a unique titled RV lot community located right in the town of Sundre, Alberta.
This seasonal RV park sits directly on the Red Deer River with plenty of trails to explore. It is also just steps away from the Greenwood Campground — great if you have friends or family coming up for a visit — and within walking distance of Sundre’s restaurants and stores.
Something unique about this park is that the first loop has year round water and sewer hookups tied directly into Sundre’s town services, making it accessible outside of the traditional camping season. All other loops are seasonal with services running approximately May through October, depending on the weather.
Riverside RV Village is fully gated and all lots have individual titles as part of a bare land condominium. Annual condo fees are approximately $1,050 as of October 2025.
The village has two sets of washrooms and showers — one at the front entrance operational year round, and one seasonal. With a large playground, massive sandbox, basketball area, communal fire pit, horseshoes and a clubroom, there is plenty to do. Riverside also hosts organized community events for owners throughout the season, including the fan favourite Halloween in August.
Lots accommodate an RV, Park Model and a bunkhouse — giving you flexibility in how you set up your space.
