In 2025 I was awarded Gold for Best Real Estate Agent in Sundre and Mountain View County by the Albertan Reader’s Choice Awards. It means the community trusts me, and that’s something I really care about.
I work in a place where people know their neighbors, where word-of-mouth still matters, and where a handshake means something. When someone buys or sells a property around Sundre & Mountain View County, they’re not just making a real estate transaction — they’re changing their life. I take that seriously.
The award reflects the fact that I show up. I answer calls. I don’t oversell properties or steer clients toward deals that don’t fit their actual needs. When a buyer asks me about a property’s septic system or well history or land use bylaws, I find the answers. When a seller wants to understand what their land is worth, I give them an honest assessment, not an inflated number just to land the listing.
I grew up in a different province and made the move to rural Alberta on my own. I get why people come here — the slower pace, the community and the chance to live differently. That’s not something I’m selling. It’s something I genuinely believe in.
This award is a reflection of that. It’s the community saying they trust me to help them make good decisions about their properties and their futures.
